Well I had a hard look this weekend at just how much I’ve been slacking. I am sure most of it has been stress, but needless to say it brings you back to reality when you see that huge jump on the scale and not in the direction you want! So I took it upon myself to take my official starting weight, my measurements, and make up a progress chart to track everything from week to week.
That’s a little sample of it. It goes all the way through the end of the year. Having this will be such a help for me to stay on track. I’m determined!
