Oh my goodness! I can’t believe I forgot to do a Pin of the Day post yesterday! My husby interviewed for a new job, I put in a new job application, went to pick up more eye meds from Yodi’s vet, and then watched my newest nephew until almost 4am. You guys can give me a tiny break, right? I mean, I am doing better overall in this blogging thing. Right?

I didn’t get around to too much on Pinterest yesterday, but while my sweet nephew was sleeping I did come across a few I knew I wanted to share! So to make up for yesterday, I give you TWO Pins of the Day! As usual, click the pictures to take you to the Pin!
With fall weather comes bonfires and lots of comfort food eating. Who doesn’t love gathering with friends around a big fire, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying a seasonal brew or hot chocolate? Well I don’t know about you, but this healthified version of the classic smore sounds even better to me than the original! I can’t wait to try this one out!
This next one should probably be played with a bit to make it an even healthier option. It involves pumpkin and I’ll just be honest here. I love pumpkin everything!
Sounds amazing! I would substitute just a few things:
-Whole wheat pasta instead of regular (or your favorite gluten free pasta)
-fat free half & half over heavy cream (more here on GREAT substitutes for heavy cream in any kind of recipe.)
-I personally use Earth Balance for everything over regular butter, but use whatever substitute you use for a healthier living.
